MSG contains harmful chemicals that can cause serious, long-term negative side effects for your health

Cooking healthy meals during the week is hard, and by Sunday you're tired of cooking.

You may be in a rush to get those hungry kids fed, bathed and ready for bed or need to meet that impending deadline. The last thing you want is a meal that hasn't been heated properly.

Our pre-cooked frozen meals are so good that you'll forget they were frozen! Because all of our ingredients are non-GMO and preservative-free, there may be some residual water left in the container after heating. THIS IS NORMAL and is due to our meals being fresh, hearty and completely free of preservatives, stabilisers and additives.

5 tips to get the best out of your Dinnerbox meals

  • 01

  • 03

    Microwave from frozen

If you forget to thaw overnight and need to heat from frozen in the microwave, remove lid or pierce film. Heat at 100% power in microwave for 5-7 mins.

  • 04

    Oven heating from thawed

Remove lid or pierce film and heat in preheated oven at 160 degrees for 20 mins.

  • 05

    Oven heating from frozen

Oven heating from frozen - remove lid or pierce film and heat in preheated oven at 160 degrees for 30-40 minutes.

Be sure to heat and eat within 2 days of thawing - this is REAL food and therefore, won’t stay fresh forever. Oven is always best for heating and will consistently produce the best results.

We have very interestingly also successfully heated thawed meals in an air fryer - and the results are amazing. From thawed, 8 - 10 minutes should do. To get an idea of what an airfryer is, you can click here. If you buy an air fryer, be sure that the Dinnerbox meals can fit.
